Herald
oldenfeld [dot] net (Email the Herald)The Herald officer is split into two parts. The Book Herald helps people create their own period-style names and devices. The Voice Herald serves at events making announcements and reporting local court awards to the kingdom.
Contact the Heralds if you are interested in registering your SCA name or
personal heraldry, if you're interested in becoming a deputy of the Herald office, or if you'd like advice on how to recommend someone for an award at court.
The Heralds are warranted officers. This means that they must be approved by a kingdom (state) -level officer of the same type. In this case, the Herald of Oldenfeld must be approved by the Trimaris Triskele Principal Herald.
